12-month / 20,000 km warranty from date of invoice on new parts and exchange units. Warranty covers parts only, not labour.

- Incorrect installation, operation or use
- Contamination by fuel, oil or other impurities

Email sales@simmsdiesel.co.nz with proof of purchase, a description of the issue and photos if possible. Please contact us before fitting a replacement.

How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery is 2-5 working days. Rural addresses take 4-6 working days. Parts sourced from our suppliers take 10-14 days.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. New parts and exchange units carry a 12-month or 20,000 km warranty from the date of invoice. Please contact us before any warranty work is done.
What if the part I receive is faulty?
Email sales@simmsdiesel.co.nz with your proof of purchase, a description of the issue and photos if you have them. We will investigate and let you know the outcome.
What if I can't find the part I need?
Send us the details on our Part Request form and we will do our best to source it for you.
Can I visit your workshop?
Yes. Our workshop and showroom is at 77 Leonard Road, Penrose, Auckland 1060. Open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm.
