How long will delivery take?

Our standard delivery timeframe is typically 2-5 working days. For rural addresses, please allow 4-6 working days for delivery.

Do you offer Warranty?

Simms diesel offers a 12-month warranty or (20,000 km) which is given from date of invoice on new parts and exchange units.
Please notify us of the warranty issue when first known. Please do not apply warranty without our approval.

What happens if my product I receive is faulty?

If a product is suspected to be faulty or defective, notify us at sales@simmsdiesel.co.nz Please note proof of purchase must be given with an explanation of issue with photo evidence (if available). We can then investigate and determine the outcome.

What if I do not find the part I need?

If your not finding the part you are looking for, send us a message on our Part Request form with what your after and we will do our best to source it for you.
