Returns & refunds

Please notify us within 7-10 days of purchase that you wish to return goods. Items must be in their original packaging and must not have been fitted, tampered with or used in any way.

To obtain a refund the following conditions apply:

• A 10% restocking fee applies to returned goods.
• Freight on returned goods is the responsibility of the customer.
• Any relevant charges will be deducted from the refund or credit amount.
• Special (indent) orders are non-returnable.
• Refunds are for the purchase price and exclude any original freight or postage charges.
• Goods must be in original packaging and not fitted, tampered with or used in any way.
