Shipping Rules

  • If an order exceeds 2.5m3 or 25kg we will email the cost for freight after your order has been place. If you want to know the cost prior please email us!
  • All prices on our website exclude freight
  • We only deliver to New Zealand Street addresses.
  • Shipping cost is calculated at the checkout as it is based on volume and weight and will be shown before purchasing.
  • We do our best to ensure products have a fair rate imposed upon them. If you believe that we’ve over charged you please contact us

Processing and Dispatch:

When you place an order with us you will be notified with a confirmation email acknowledging your order has been received and your payment has been processed.
Once your product/s has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your order’s delivery progress
Please ensure your shipping address and order information is correct before placing an order as we cannot guarantee we can make
adjustments to orders before shipment.

Estimated Delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 2-5 working days
  • Rural Delivery 4-6 working days.

Delivery times may vary between islands.
For all pick up orders placed on the website, we will contact you by phone to confirm that we are processing your order and arrange a date and time for collection.

Delivered but not Received:
If your package was marked “Delivered” by the Courier Service but you did not receive it, we recommend contacting the postal carrier with your track and trace number. Your postal carrier can track where the package was dropped off via GPS when scanned.

International orders:
Please email us for international delivery charges as we are currently trying to negotiate rates.

Terms & Conditions

Simms diesel offer a  12-month warranty or (20,000 km) which is given from date of invoice on new parts and exchange units.
 

Please notify us  of the warranty issue when first known.  Please do not apply warranty without our approval.
 

The warranty only applies to those parts that are deemed defective and will be replaced, credited or refunded (at the supplier’s discretion) at no charge. 
The defect must not result from any of the following:
 

The following conditions apply:

  • There must be no modification or adjustment to the product
  • Incorrect operation or use of the product
  • Any contamination of the product by fuel, oil or other impurities
  • Misuse of the product in respect to the product specifications
  • Incorrect installation of product

Please note the warranty provided applies to parts only not labour costs.
