12-month / 20,000 km warranty from date of invoice on new parts and exchange units. Warranty covers parts only, not labour.

- Incorrect installation, operation or use
- Contamination by fuel, oil or other impurities

compact, battery-powered heating device that uses embedded neodymium magnets to attach securely to metal surfaces (e.g., car dashboards, tool belts, or even laptop lids) — and often pairs two units into one cohesive unit via magnetic alignment. Unlike disposable chemical warmers or bulky heated gloves, it delivers targeted, reusable warmth through resistive heating elements, typically operating between 100°F and 126°F (38°C–52°C). It’s not a medical device, nor does it replace layered insulation — rather, it functions as a portable thermal anchor: ideal for brief outdoor exposure (golf, photography, construction breaks), transit waits, or indoor desk use where ambient air feels persistently cool.

How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery is 2-5 working days. Rural addresses take 4-6 working days. Parts sourced from our suppliers take 10-14 days.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. New parts and exchange units carry a 12-month or 20,000 km warranty from the date of invoice. Please contact us before any warranty work is done.
What if the part I receive is faulty?
Email sales@simmsdiesel.co.nz with your proof of purchase, a description of the issue and photos if you have them. We will investigate and let you know the outcome.
What if I can't find the part I need?
Send us the details on our Part Request form and we will do our best to source it for you.
Can I visit your workshop?
Yes. Our workshop and showroom is at 77 Leonard Road, Penrose, Auckland 1060. Open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm.
