With in-house testing and repairs of turbochargers at our dedicated workshop. In addition to repairing units, we also offer supply services as needed. Drawing from our extensive expertise in diesel fuel injectors and pumps, we extend the same high standard of service and meticulous attention to detail to turbocharger testing and repairs.

A common issue contributing to turbocharger failure is oil starvation and blocked oil supply pipes during installation. As part of our repair service, we include an oil priming syringe and install gaskets with all repaired or supplied turbochargers whenever feasible.

Common turbo faults are caused by:

• Reduced volumes of lubricating oil

• Dirt or debris within the lubricating system

• Deterioration of lubrication oil

• Debris within the exhaust or air-filtration system

• Poor materials or workmanship during fitting
